Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your Mile High Tactical Solutions product, please call (303) 908-5548 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to Mile High Tactical Solutions within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be in satisfactory condition packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 20% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware that is in less than satisfactory condition. Less than satisfactory condition includes but is not limited to scratched product, damaged packaging, missing accessories (power adaptors, CD´s, manuals, etc.). Items returned in non-resalable condition will not be accepted and will be returned. Shipping and Handling Shipping and handling charges apply to destinations in the continental United States, Alaska and Canada. All shipments are sent by surface carrier, unless otherwise stated. • At this time, Mile High Tactical Solutions, LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Mile High Tactical SOlutions, LLC ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Sales Tax
• Mile High Tactical Solutions, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the location in which the buyer places the order. Sales tax will only be charged in the State of Colorado. Government/Military sales are exempt with proper documentation.
